Our goal was to dismantle the "Template Trap" and build a precision-engineered author acquisition engine that made Funnelpee impossible to ignore. By deep-diving into the Nigerian publishing landscape, we identified the exact friction points—unclear service tiers and a high-friction onboarding process—preventing growth. We deployed a custom strategy involving high-performance technical architecture, service-driven UI/UX design, and automated client intake funnels.
